Step 1: Transfer of Audio Files and Electronic Documents

You can transfer your files and documents using one of the following methods:

SFTP Site: Securely upload your files to our SFTP site.
Sharefile: Utilize Sharefile for a secure and efficient transfer.
Original Audio Hardcopy: Forward the original audio hardcopy to us.

We ensure all files are handled securely and confidentially during the transfer process.

Step 2: Project Initialization

Clients provide a list of participants’ names for accurate transcription. Charges are based on recording length, and we offer transparent cost estimates without hidden fees.

Step 3: Transcription Process

Our team transcribes recordings into PDF format. Choose between Clean Verbatim (focuses on dialogue) or True Verbatim (includes all sounds for detail).

Step 4: Quality Control (QC)

Completed transcriptions undergo rigorous QC for accuracy and completeness. Any errors are promptly corrected to ensure high quality.

Step 5: Delivery

Final transcriptions are delivered securely in PDF format via SFTP, Sharefile, or physical delivery.

Step 6: Client Review & Feedback

We encourage your review and feedback post-delivery. Any needed adjustments will be promptly addressed by our team.

Step 7: Ongoing Support

We offer a secure online portal for file upload, or we can pick up physical media (such as CDs or flash drives) from you and bring them to our secure facility. You can also use third-party file transfer services to send us your files. Once we receive your files, we will begin the transcription process and keep you updated on our progress.

The service bureau is under area lockdown; all workspaces are behind double locked doors.
Materials do not leave the designated area, disk and thumb drives are disabled, internet function is removed from all computers not requiring upload/download ability, and files are sent on an internal network.
