Paper files from each location are mailed to our facility for processing, where they’re sorted, catalogued, and prepared for scanning.
Prepared files are then scanned by our experienced team members using advanced scanning equipment and software. The new digital copies are automatically indexed by the scanning system, producing an organized digital library.
Quality control checks are then performed by our employees to ensure that every digital image produced is an accurate and detailed copy of the original; anything that doesn’t pass our strict quality standards is sent back to be rescanned.
After a batch of files has passed through quality control, we return it to you as an organized collection of high-resolution digital documents, either through a file access portal or via Secure File Transfer Protocol.
