World Partnership Golf Edmonton 2026
Consentia was proud to sponsor the World Partnership Golf Edmonton tournament, which raises funds for Aga Khan Foundation Canada’s programs in Africa and Asia. These initiatives help address global poverty by empowering people and communities to access new opportunities and improve their quality of life.
Four members of our team also took to the course, joining local organizations and community members for a memorable day of golf, connection and collective impact. We thank the World Partnership Golf Edmonton team for organizing such a meaningful event.
University of Alberta Chancellor’s Cup
Consentia was proud to serve as a major sponsor of the University of Alberta’s Chancellor’s Cup Golf Tournament in support of U School.
U School introduces students in Grades 3–9 from socially vulnerable, Indigenous, northern and rural communities to the possibilities of post-secondary education through an immersive week on the University of Alberta campus. Support from the Chancellor’s Cup helps ensure that cost is not a barrier for participating students and schools.
Consentia was pleased to join community partners on the course in support of a program helping young people see new possibilities for their education and future.
Make-A-Wish: Trailblaze for Wishes 2021
In the summer of 2021, our team engaged with the Make-A-Wish foundation and their Trailblaze Challenge for Wishes fundraiser. Consentia formed a team for the course of the virtual challenge across 8 weeks to log distances for personal sponsors donating dollar amounts per kilometer. The raised amounts would go directly to funding children’s wish initiatives. Our active team had a blast blazing their own trails by hiking, walking, biking, rollerblading, swimming or even rolling, across their challenge distances.
In the end, Consentia was awarded with as the Top Fundraising Team in Northern Alberta with $3,665 raised going towards wishes. In addition, our team also had the honour to winning the award for Most Kilometers Tracked at 2,000.59 km! But it didn’t just end there – Consentia also took home the Homestretch Challenge prize by raising the most money during the final weeks of the challenge.
