Consentia’s Security
Our clients’ files are always protected by multiple layers of physical and digital security. Located several stories above ground and protected by 24/7 surveillance, our service bureau is only accessible by keycard and frequently rotated pin numbers. Visitors are tracked as they arrive and depart and are always monitored by a staff member throughout the entirety of their visit. Our staff have all signed non-disclosure agreements and been through criminal records checks, and all staff activities are tracked through user accounts and reporting sheets.
Our I.T. experts make sure that our digital files are always as safe as possible, protected by cybersecurity software, encryption, and strong rotating passwords. Our clients’ files are always stored on an air-gapped server, which has no connection to the internet. Files are only ever moved onto or off of the secure server by one of a few trusted individuals, using key-locked and encrypted removable storage.
